Per the governor's stay at home executive order, our STARBASE location is closed through April 30. Our staff, however, is continuing to work behind the scenes. As the safety of all of us is paramount, we did multiple deep-cleanings of the entire facility and equipment, ensuring proper disinfection. We are prepared to receive students when we re-open our doors.

While we still plan to offer our summer academies for our standard curriculum, we've had to make the unfortunate decision to cancel our advanced academies. With so many school closings, hundreds of students missed on their opportunity to visit STARBASE. To better accommodate the needs of first-time students, we are expanding the number of weeks for our regular summer academies. We understand this is likely frustrating to those students who anxiously await the chance to return to STARBASE, but we do hope everyone appreciates that we are trying our best to at least give students a first time STARBASE experience. Please note, as well, that we rescheduled our regular summer academy dates. They now begin in July rather than June.

For parents interested in enrolling for our regular summer academy, we will still post and process our applications, tentatively scheduled for April 15 at 1:00pm. Use the link on the academies page to access the enrollment form when it becomes available.

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via our contact link.

The entire staff of STARBASE One wishes you and your family safety and the best of health.
